Am heading to Newcastle for the Ben Wilson wave clinic 22-23 Nov - anyone have any recommendations for good value accommodation near Belmont or Hams Beach?? (at least one star above caravan park thanks...) Girlfriend coming along so can't get away with sleeping in the park this time...
