Does anyone know anything about Addiction Kiteboards. Im thinkin of getting one. Im looking at getting the 2006 - 133 Edge. They supposed to have a website... but it doesnt work at the moment...

I think a guy in Perth makes them, and Ive heard a few people say they are pretty good.
Anyone got one....ridden one....got any idea?

on par with cardboards/underground but dont have the good graphics
go to SOS in freo, thats where they make them
just ride the thing and see if you like it, boards are like shirts. one size doesnt fit all and you want it to look good ect-a lot more connections could be made but that would be boring reading

I've got the 2005 -Cat 135 and 2006 128 Edge
I love these boards. I use the Cat 135 as my main board and the Edge 128 in high wind. The Edge range has slightly less flex which some people say stops the board from 'sliding'. Myself I've never actually thought that the Cat range was too flexy. Absorbs the chop really well, saving the joints. Both boards go upwind extremely well. Frequently I do upwinders (Upwind from Pinnaroo to Hilarys and beyond) when others are doing downwinders. I've tried out other peoples boards and have not been able to achieve the same performance and feel.
I heard that Addiction Boards have been sold to SOS in Fremantle, though it may be a rumor.

Bo - That sounds pretty promising.... Ive got a 2006 - 133 EDGE lined up for $350 which seems like a good deal to me. Its in good condition, but I live in Gero, and the board is in Perth, so unfortunatly I cant just get down there and try it out...
Anyone know how much the 07 boards are selling for new? Or how much the 06 borads sold for?

Buy it and have it shipped...good value I thunk, but ask for a 14 day send back clause.
