Hi Milko. It depends on the band's record company. Some companies get youtube to mute the music, some place ads next to the video, and some don't care.
If I'm going to put a particular song with a video, I have a look on youtube first to see if I can find unofficial videos a month or two old using that song.
If you really want the song, you can try vimeo instead of youtube -they seem less fussy, but music companies and copyright will probably catch up with them too.
Try stripping the DRM data from the music before you add it to the vid.
You'd probably have to resample the MP3 to do this. Playing back the sound (as analog output) to a MP3 recording program is one way. Some (esp. older) ripping programs may also omit DRM data from files they create. MP3 Music mixing software could probably also work. NB: Ive never tried any of the above for removing DRM data, but have noticed DRM data being lost from MP3s in some circumstancs.
But even if you manage to successfullly publish your DRM stripped copyright soundtrack, being this is youTube, the most popular publishing site in the world, and some artists would happily sue your headsets clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?'
Well do you, punk-rocker ?
