I train a lot! But I don't care what you say, nothing can prepare your abs for a boosting session after you've not been out for a while.

That obvious answer. Go out more often. Keep those abs rock solid.

Agreed Ste. There is just enough time between drinks over winter to have your core smarting for a few days after a session.

Start the season really in exmouth. First three to four days you ride to ya ragged....and just when you think you can't take anymore the body adjusts and the kiting fitness kicks in. But those four days can be painful ones, at my age anyway...lol

First jumping session in forever up at Sandy Bay last week...taken 4 days for my abs to not hurt when i get out of bed...perhaps I as a health benefit i should take the rest of the month off and work on my six pack
