Took this at Merimbula
totally off the scale

I left it raw as its better that way, Leonardo and I are just maxing out in the background, the aeroplane noise is actually real from the airport and not staged, classic

I saw a video of Airton {think it was Airton}

doing a triple 360 unstapped but hooked in

but I liked Keahi double 360 with a kickflip hooked in better

Was more stylish and more upside down

This thread got me thinking and made me find this picture again - Cam Barker doing the same thing in 2006 on a Slingshot Fuel... Shame he doesn't kite anymore, would be crazy to see what he would be doing by now if his knees weren't too cooked .

Is there any footage of when he lost his kite and caught a set wave in and grabbed it??

Thanks for keeping it real sir Rowdy.. its amazing what people used too do and still do do on slingshot fuels! It's quite funny that there is so many knockers with their biased opinions of what is quite possibly the best product too evolve with the sport.

I dont know if it was caught on Vid but he didnt lose his kite as such - he let it go so he could ride the wave with out the kite - then caught the next wave paddling and grabbed the kite which had been washed in and surfed with kite in hand to the beach !
