Any one know where to get or demo Airush gear in Brisbane?

Not sure about shops in Brisbane, but Sunshine Coast Kitesurfing stock them on and have demo gear if you want to try aswell.
Like them on fb to find the dates of the next demo day:

Thanks for the info.

Their webpage indicates they only stock a training kite and the Varial.

I'm interested in the Lithium. Seems odd they would only stock these two kites or only include these on their website instead of the whole range???

Yes, there website is pretty slow and out of date but there is a new one coming.
They currently stock Airush DNA's, Lithiums, Varial X's and the Wave, they have all of those to demo, give them a call or email them for more info.
