You can definitely use a four line Ozone bar with Airush kites (not the Razor). Airush work well on low Y, not high Y (North) linesets.
I use Ozone bars on my Airush kites, you can even fit Airush lines to the Ozone bar as well.
You'll need to get some pig tail adapters thingies, as the knots and loops are the other way round.
I don't know about the Cab bar
