Hey guys' does anyone live here or has visited the area? Thinking of moving there so wanna know what I'm getting myself into.

Ive been up here for about 10months now.
Dampier Beach is a good place to kite in a westerly breeze.
Theres always a few kiters out there when its blowing.

The only thing to get used to is the heat. 45degrees is not uncommon at all, and it gets quite humid too.
Were possibly about to get smacked by a cyclone on friday aswell but apart from that its not a bad place to live.
