Hi all! Just wondering how I would check my lines to see if they need replacing.

Do people replace on age? Mine are 2 yrs old, out less than twice a week average in summer only. Well looked after, no fraying, etc.

The only things were when I was learning, my board edge would rub on the lines occasionally and I recently got dragged over reef (but probably no damage to lines. Kite ok.)

It's an 06-07 Airush flow 10m.

I assume you don't worry about bridles, pigtails, etc if they look sound?

Cheers in advance.

I think it`s just a matter of keeping an eye on them. Check if all your lines are the same thength. A streched line can be weeker. If you have pulleys check them real closely. A worn pulley will cause the bridle line to snag, wear and snap. Bad news.
