est time to come to Australia is September to Feb and definitely the West Coast. Its much less populated and you will get to see the real Australia.

The West Coast kite scene is extremely crowded..... unless you do drive hours n hours away from the capital city Perth or anywhere near it. And at that, most locations won't be that appropriate for a beginner. Gnaraloo's about 14 hours drive north from Perth. Google map it and press satelite so as you know what you and your partner '& baby' are in for. I think 3milecamp's trying to help you out with a campsite. Just know what you're in for and do your research.

I'd go to QLD.
