I have had a few accidents lately that I believe have impaired my ability to have kids. I wear a helmet and impact vest and can take some pretty hardcore falls from height but my jewels have been coping an unnecessary beating lately. Nothing hurts worse then boosting to great heights only to land on your but with your balls serving as a leading edge.

Can anyone recommend a good/comfortable/effective one for kiting, and one that isnt gunna hurt more then if I wasnt wearing it!

Gee guys, I had a pretty rough day today, but reading this thread really make me laugh and made my day.
Echostorm, my advice: use one of those suspenders used by weightlifters and other athletes. Whilst, they are not quite protecting, but will limit the "movement" and will keep them "toghether" such that they will not be anymore "the leading edge".
Cheers

back on topic-it doesn't happen that much after the first time-unless you are a slow learner

As a seat user I can certainly empathise

I find my comfy Naish 3/4 seat pretty accomadating of the more precious possessions, but when wearing an old pair of reggies (read: elastic a former option) I did occasionally suffer a bit of slip under the straps agony.

Solution: an investment in 3 for $15 slinky Bonds numbers and the downstairs crew are safe, supported and happy once again.

Unfortunately this did not stop me pulling a nice big air, losing the front foot off the board as landing and having the board kick up rail side into the basket!!! But that's simply a co-ordination problem that as soon as the sick in the guts feeling subsides, I will work on.

Seriously spend some $$$ on reggies and the comfiest harness you can - you don't want to end up in the soprano section of life's choir bud!

why are you landing balls first?

try landing with your board under you for a change!

(sorry I couldn't resist)

A nappy (aka seat harness) definitely protects both your ring and your things from gnarly landings.

Perhaps because he 'ballsed up' the landing?

Im looking for a pair of neoprean budgie smugglers to support the jewels.
Does anyone make them? Roaster or Oneil?

actually that's not a bad idea - I have seen a few folks wearing waterskiing shorts under their boardies to "cushion the blow"

You could just release them. I hear an angle grinder does the job nicely.

alternativly by a bow kite, none of the bow riders have any balls.
or
Buy a c kite, none of the c kiters have any balls.

Or the third alternative

Learn how to control the kite properly and land softer instead of crashing it
