great to see another beginner having a wonderful time on a cross bow - i've said it before and i'll say it again -so NOT the right kite to sell to newbs

If he had pulled his pin he would have lost his kite as none of the Crossbow kiters wear leashes because of their foolproof 100% depower that works everytime in every occasion, see safe as houses!

I also saw it unfold from the water and screamed in to shore - I wouldn't have got there in time, but LouD was amazing - he dumped his own kite on the shore in a matter of seconds. I genuinely believe the guy would have had something extremely nasty happen if not for LouD (who got him very close to the dunes) - a lot to thank him for! The guy seemed OKish, although had nasty mark round his wrist where line was wound round, and couldn't feel a couple of his fingers at the time. Other than that a few cuts and graizes. Ooooof - it was horrible watching it unfold, thinking what might have been about to happen!
