Id like to nominate cabrihna for worst customer service. Y have warranties if ur not going to replace things wen they break? I had my fins break cabrihna agreed its a warranty claim but will only send fins wen there sending another shipment to shop, then they werent in the shipment but they have finally arrived. Only took 9 months
lucky the fins arrived just in time for the 2010 awards

You've missed the best one then. Darren can often be seen sorting out people's kites, lines, bars. I once went to see 'choice' needless to say I didn't go back. Daz looks after his crew :)
Bought my 10m Cabrinha Switchblade in February from Kitepower Geelong. Just recently the logo on the bar started peeling. Couldn't find the receipt but emailed Steve from Kitepower and he sent me a new bar within a week, no questions asked. Awesome service!
Kitepower QLD offered to send up some of their gear while i was waiting for my new gear to be brought into aus, also brought gear down to the pkra for me to borrow after some of mine was stolen. Thanks guys!!

I settled on Cabrinha as my brand of choice because the warranty service was so good. Really good reliable kites and any minor niggles have been fixed immediately. I just go to SHQ and they sort anything out immediately.
So my vote for good customer service goes to Sailboard Headquarters and Cabrinha.
