Heys,

I'm in the market for a light wind board and had ordered a naish custom wide about a month ago. Due to a manufacturing f***-up from naish, the board is going to be another 3 weeks (don't know the exact story), my local retailer (he is a champ.) is getting up a best floater for me to try out and possibly buy instead.

Does anyone have experience with these two boards and how they compare? as i havent ridden the naish, i wont have anything to compare against.

Cheers,

G.

i've ridden a best float in light winds and some slightly stronger winds and have never had a problem planing or getting some pop but it felt too wide under my feet. its a good board but it just wasnt for me.

all i can say is try it out and see what you think. its what YOU think of it not what someone else does

cheers, ed

Te best floater I have seen was at Bondi - it was as long as a baby's arm...

Sorry I could not resist.
