No-one (except Kitepower) suffered a loss on their decision to purchase a Hellfish. Every single customer was offered a full refund, they have all happily taken that refund, and most have since purchased other kites, some through Kitepower and some through other dealers.
No individual suffered a loss.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Best Yarga and Nemesis kites.

I verify what Steve said in the previous post. I was one person who ordered the Hellfish but am certainly not a sap !!!

The kite did not perform as expected and had some construction faults. It was immediately accepted back by Kitepower without question.

I have since purchased a 16m Crossbow from Kitepower which does live up to expectations. I still also have four Best Yargas which I use from time to time along with a Naish and a Windwing Rapture.

You can't beat these kites for performance and value, nor can you criticise STeve and the boys at Kitepower who are always curteous, helpful and honest in their dealings.
