Hello,
I have a couple of questions about a secondhand bar i bought.
Frist, i noticed That the blue and red line under the floaters were the backline adjusters are, were on different knots. Why would someone fly with lines not equally set-up?
Second, when the lines are laying out on the grond, i noticed a slight difference in length. The 2 blue lines (left and middle) are slightly longer than the other 2 lines. Is this normal?

1. Who knows, perhaps trying to compensate for a kite that is pulling to 1 side.
2. Believe all should be equal when bar fully powered.
Just reset all knots on the bar and stretch lines to be same length using the tow ball of your car. If lines look worn, do yourself a favour and buy a new set.
