Hey All,

I think my 6 year old dakine harness is due to be replaced by something newer. What are people riding and what's good at the moment??

Go in a try them all on. Each brand design / type fits differently. Best actually wearing it as most people will generally justify their purchase.

Most companies produce a good product now.

Any body/waist is different. Try a few harnesses and you will see what feels good.
Mystic and ION are def the most popular harnesses (for a reason).

CP, there was a harness under my Chrissy tree, your welcome to try it out some time. You'll have to make sure you get an XL though to fit round that belly of yours.

Had a flight control harness - very comfy - had to get a size smaller after I lost my Heathrow Injection. I've just bought an Ion harness and it feels great - different to the flight control - the padding is a higher density rubber rather than the neoprene of my flight control.

Only way to go is to get down to your shop and hang off a few to get an idea.

They have gone up in price a fair bit in the last couple of years though!

Same situation as Lostinlondon. Loved my flight control and bought the ion when it died. Really nice fitting harness but doesn't turn much if your into surf style. Could always unhook I suppose.
