Was reading through a touristy map of the southwest and it talks about Big Brook Dam being good for sailboarding. I seem to recall a conversation (on these forums maybe) that figured the trees around the dam make it too gusty for kiting.
Anyone with some hands on experience?

Hmmm. Big trees, hills, valleys. Think it couuld be a bit gusty. Nice spot though - if you don't mind freezing your butt off.
