Talk to the lads at surffx and they will be able to source one for you. Or there is another mob in tweed but can't remember there name

Sounds like you need to talk with a surgeon !! LOL
Small repairs like pin holes you can fix with the 'non glue' stick on bike tube patches - around $6 for 5 stick on patches from a bike shop - cheap!
Rips in the kite bladder is a different situation ....
