Can anyone out there help with information on kiting Bowen. I have windsurfed there (once upon a time) & know there's a good choice of beaches.We're thinking of 4 weeks next winter. Is there any time of winter that's betterer? Places to stay? Things to amuse the wife & kids while I slink off? cheers
Col have a chat to Joe at Adrenalin rush in Mackay for the best month,but i believe that they have had good winds right the way through winter this year.
try rose bay, horse shoe bay or queens beach.
