Hey,
One of my struts on my Liquid force spec 2(2005) has gone just wondering whats the best way to go about it in regards to replacing or repairing and taking out/putting back in?
Thanks

Take it to the kite Dr 0417915868
or Hold the lines
or repair yourself. Google it or try a search here or kiteforum, lots about burst bladders.

Thanks for that, after locating the hole(tiny pinhole) and sorting through all the stuff on the net it appears the easiest way is a patch. So before I go out and buy one just wanted to see if anyone had a spare repair kit they might want to sell(in WA)
Thanks
Matt

Hey Vishy,

Your kite should have come with some in a little plastic box, if not drop into a cycle shop and grab one, or failing that pop around and see me, I have tuck loads of the stuff is a tape form, just cut what you need.

Good winds,

Hey Vishy,

Nah mate, this is the same stuff as the patch kits that come with kites, but not in little square patches, its in a 3" wide roll, easy peely backing soft patch.

Let me know if I can help.

I found bike patch glue was ok, I wanted to bulk up the seal provided by the patch because it was a valve pulling away I was trying to repair. Don't go bike patches though, as Darren says, kite/inflatable mattress patches are fine.
