Is it possible this could be the board lost by "Darek" at Leighton and was found at Cott?

I lost the board on the leighton beach and this board could be found on the cottesloe. My board is from Poland the name is Nobile 135. The board generaly in four color white black blue and a littel red
there is also the picture of eagle.
My number 0431-31-68-62,
