I would get something 130-135 or so if I were you mate. As for type of board, you'll get used to the board type you start on (soft/medium/stiff flex etc). I started on Underground FLXs and still prefer them over stiffer boards. As for the harmess, I wouldn't buy a second hand one if I could help it mate. But if funds make that a must, I would try a new one at a shop first to see how it feels. Different peopleprefer different harnesses, so only you can pick the one that feels right for you.
