Well spotted Kurt, that beach is banned to kiting - all forms of kiting actually.
I'm going to write to Toby and ask him to remove it.

Wouldn't it be better to leave it there with a big banned across the screen and no other info.

this would leave no doubt in peoples minds.
if it isn't there they may just think it is a secret spot and nobody has put it up.

It's crap to kite there anyway.

The only folks I know who have kited there are at least 2 stubbies short of a six-pack.

They will not get a chance to launch anyway, the lifeguards will be onto them real fast.
Its better if it just removed, a big banned banner across the listing does not look good, other councils can see it, the less conspicuous the better.
I can understand why you say to do that, but imagine how kitebeaches will look, if a large percentage of the listing have BANNED written across them?

I wrote to Toby, not sure what he will do though. At the moment it is still listed.
