This was a comp that was held over the Australia Day long weekend in a small town outside of Adelaide. So definitely not permanent
I asked because we tried this once in Melb, and council nicked it from us. They wanted $100 to get it back! I was surprised they were offering to give it back! So we paid up and only took it out when it was a demo day or a group gathering. Would love to see permanent beach "furniture" like this on some beaches. But convincing councils and water authorities is like trying to suck wine out of a grape!
