I was told a kiteboarder was hammered several weeks ago up near the airport runway. An ambo friend said the bloke got dragged up the beach and badly injured on some wire fencing and then dragged onto the highway where he may have hit a car. Apparently he sustained some deep cuts and maybe a broken arm. Anyone heard anything about it? I hope he is alright.
