I ended up kiting Point Walter in the NE. It was pretty awesome except for the bullet gusts every now and again. I was maxed on a 10m but some dude was on a Rhino 4 16m. I couldnt understand it!

It was a good sess except for the fact that the photographer with me got his $3000 camera stolen out of my car. My car was parked in the main parking and we were only out for 5 min to check the conditions. On the return back the drivers door lock was half pulled out! My phone was also stolen and when I called it they answered and they were just some little ****ers!

This is just a warning to people to watch out with valuables. I heard about a lot of breakins but just thought, "that will never happen to me". If anyone has any information or sees someone acting suspiciously around their in the near future could u perhaps try and get a rego #. I know its unlikely!

Oh well **** happens...

BTW we still got some good photos with his digital camera, the sand bar is awesome fun to jump. It wasnt a completely f**ked up day!

Anyway enough of my ramblings.

115kgs..... and a great kite to easy

yep it was a very consistaint 15-20 with gusts to 25 maybee a bit higher.

bummer about the break in, our car was untouched, little snot pickers deserve a good dragging behind a maxed out X4 across tarseal and bindies

see ya in the morning...

Adam

How do X4s/?V4s compeare to X3s? . They look a bit like Fuels! Perhaps Don Has finally got it right!

Were you the one doing handle passes and kite loops over the sandbar?-Sensational!

Sorry about your car,

flexi time, all employers should imbrace it saves them from having sad sack grumpy wind watching drop kicks in the office.

and i swear the 3.789564231 hours that i am actualy in the office are way more productive after/before a kite than the 8 to f-ing 9 bordom infeasted desk imprisonment hours, except from today perhaps...

Yeah I was out there on my x4.
Ive ridden the 12 m twice and the 10 m once (today). They are unreal, the grunt has definately increased and the hangtime and lift have improved . Its got a similar feel to a V4 but a lot more stable. When i missed the bar in a handlepass the kite just fell back into the right position. I love em. Its just an amazing kite for everything! You gotta have a go to see how it feels, you'll love it. The only thing i havent completely sussed are kiteloops as they are more punishing then the V4!

The Naish team have done well.

Ah, Carl, go on Son, claim those mother-****er kiteloops this morning, I especially liked the ones you pulled just as the gust was hitting.........looked like you got streched a couple of feet before you hit the water........

Eppic kiting this morning, had a ball, from 10-11.30 Adam was amazing on the X4, looks like they fly a lot smoother than the X3(10m was a bit on/off)
