Just looking out my window at this Westerly blowing and I would not take the chance today kiting. Even though it may die down later today these winds can come up late in the day early evening. We are having gusts rip the mist off the water here so my guess would be 35+ knots. I your kiting the pin or Wello you don't have enough water upwind to see the full strength of the wind comming. But no dobt someone will give it a go.
