Great planning tool.

Ive been up there a couple times in winter. I think its pretty good. Town beach is good in the Easterlies. Launch is a tad tricky on high tide. Then Cable beach is good in other wind directions. Big tides can be interesting if you lose your board. Gatheume point is pretty cool too as it sweeps around and you can get flat up in the corner and then tiny little waves down the beach.
Ive only flown big kites up there, dont expect strong winds.

yeah, wind roses are a nice tool. local knowledge is just that much better. i sound like a HSBC add. so any hands on, rather than averages would be great.
