Easter in broome is generally the tail end of the wet with hot/humid conditions and the wind, well, that anyones guess at that time of year.
If we get a late low you could get some great winds and swell, if we get a big high we could get some strong Easterlies or we could just get hot glassy days.
Cape Levique has good kiting set ups regardless of wind conditions as it is on a cape. It is croc country but not usually seen around the clear waters of the cape but they can be there!!!
Stingers, hard to say, the worst stings in Broome have been between Feb-June so they could be there but, like the crocs and the wind, they might not but just in case ware a stinger or lycra suit and carry at least 2L of vinigar with you cause if ya do get stung it will **** ya day, or a few or maybe ya life so don't take the risk. one of these little ****ers hase been named after me, the Malo Maxima (bad to the max) so I know what it's about the hard way

This all sounds very iffy and thats about what life is like up here, it's all a bit iffy but sometimes in comes together on the right day. My advise to you is to bring all the toys so you have it covered and then you are sure to have fun, it's a great spot, check the tides as they farely rip too.
Hope you have a good and safe time
