Hi, I don't think this counts as 'advertising' / improper use of forum - my apologies if it is!

I'm a journalist looking for an Australian celebrity who's into kite surfing, to feature in a cover story for a travel supplement. Any suggestions on celebs I can contact?

Hi Angie,

You'd be hard up to find a kite surfer that isn't a celeb!!! I've also had a chat to Richard and he wouldn't shut up about his island that allows him to kite any wind direction! Not a bad bloke but.

West Coast Eagles footballer Daniel Chick got into it 3-4 seasons ago.
Don't know if he still does it.
Even less sure if a footballer counts as a celebrity.

I'm sure Mark Philippousis would be willing to give it a try if it got him some media coverage...
