I have spent the past three months traveling and kiting around Oz, and tomorrow I'm heading back to the States.

Just wanted to say thanks again to all of the great people I have met along the way. Many of you have gone out of your way to show me around the local spots, provided a lift and have even invited me into your home to have a meal. Your hospitality, and all of the killer kite beaches, have made my down-under tour an amazing trip, and I can't thank you enough.

I have met countless kiters on beaches all over Oz in the past 3 months, and I have to say that Aussie kiters are some of the nicest I have met. You are all very lucky with the wind and beaches you have!

How will you ever survive back home now that you've sampled aussie kite beaches though Pete? :P I don't envy you doing the flight over there, that's a killer of a trip :( (I lived in Alabama for 2 1/2 years)

Hey, you're preaching to the converted. If we didn't have the principal understanding that the internets is a magical place full of pixies, goblins and fairy dust, there's no way we could sleep at night with all the carp and catfish we have to sort through here.

Pete, nice to meet you mate, I still haven't kited since that Saturday session at Woodies. Turns out I wrenched my shoulder with that kiteloop and did some damage to my rotator cuff.
