Hi all,

Hopefully all riders received the information regarding the format for this years nationals and freeride comp. It is really important that all of you get there early on Wednesday morning and sgin in. The riders brief is at 10am sharp and there is a bit to get through.

The forecast is looking epic, and I want to kick off riding as soon as we get through the formalities. If you by chance can not make the sign on at 8am and or the riders brief at 10am please call me direct on 0422 430430 at your earliest chance. I can then make sure you get marked off and your name appears on the draw etc. If you do not show up and do not let us know, I will take it as you are not coming and you will not be on the draw!

Freeriders however have no draw but are still required to attend the sign on and riders brief. You then can go hit it up as soon as the zones etc are defined!

Looking forward to a sweet week of riding and especially keen to see progression! There is going to be a some sick rails and kickers to add a wakestyle flair to to the event and this will allow for some great footage and media opportunities.

There will be an allocated time slot, wind permitting for an afternoon/evening photoshoot for invited riders only and sponsors. This is to ensure the event gives back to the industry sponsors who dive into their pockets and support our events etc!

See you all in a few days, sleep tight!

The freeride comp will start when there is wind and go on in the back ground all day every day etc...

The timings for specific disciplines will be determined on the day considering conditions etc. An announcement via the PA system will be given. At this stage there will be a big air comp and a park comp and there will also be an invite only park session planned!

The judging for freeride will consist of a number of secret judges on and off the water. They will be looking for the riders who are ultimately having fun, participating in all disciplines and bringing something special to the event.

See ya soon

What the, of course they are!!!!

The freeride is just that freeride, no heats no times just ride!

Your heat for Nats will be programmed and it will be up to you to make sure you know when your heat is, if you miss it because you are freeriding your a deuch!
