Just after some general info on cocos. Headed over next week so will I need to pack the steamer? What's the adverage temp & wind speed? Any info whould b sweet.

Boardies, rashie and some booties for the coral and you're set.

Uh and some blockout.

just came back.

water is fine for boardies.

a few people were wearing 3/2 steamers to protect themselves from the coral on big crashes, but i just had shorts n a t shirt.

as stated above, reef shoes are good. but if your carefull and dont come off, you will be right.

water temp at 25mtrs is 28 degrees

water temp on the kite bay 29-30 degrees

this is the windy time for cocos.

if you need to know anything specific, just ask, as its still fresh in my head.

get some yachting gloves too

hands can take a real beating and better to have them just in case

i was on a 14mtr, others were on a 17mtr

depends on wind...

if its good, they have 7-9

i had no reception, but there is 'SLOW' wifi in some places.

faster wifi at the resource centre...

maybe telstra would have reception?

i am with 3
