Hi I have family in south east queensland and I want to visit. Can anyone tell me the best time to kiteboard in this area ie. summer or winter etc and does it change between the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast much. Also can anyone tell me about insurance, ie. where I can get it, cost and short term cover. Thanks in advance.

The season is pretty much over for SE Qld with oct to about april being the best. You do get the odd day outside of this but nothing fabulous.
What kind of insurance are you wanting? Travel? gear? body?
