Darren is correct, the designs given to Ozone will be "appliqued" on to the kite.
This means the logo is sewn into the kite, not stuck on top.
Sticking logos on top never looks good because then the loge will be competing with the brand of kite's branding and logos.
There there is the issue of the added weight when a logo is stuck on top with "insignia" cloth, a large logo could easily add 500g or more to a kite.
Tape a 500g or 1kg bag of sugar or sand to your kite and see how you like the handling then?

Ozone can do it easily, they own their own factory in Vietnam, and they operate a JIT (Just In Time) production facility so it is easy for them to add "one off" kites into the system. Or any number of kites for that matter.
Logo branded kites would eb entirely tax deductible, so the extra cost is not that much when you consider that then you could write off all your gear!
Coca Cola are doing a branding/advertising trial for a new energy drink with Eclipse kites, and I reckon there is a lot of potential for this sort of thing.
Forward planning will help to cope with getting what is needed on time. There has to be a production lead time, none of the kite copmpanies are just sitting there with spare production capacity. From what I hear kite brands are finding it hard to get what they want from China, so Ozone could be a great position to take advantage of smaller scale opportunities like this.
