Please be mindful of the delicate negotiations we are now in regarding kiting at Cottesloe. WE MUST NOT BLOW IT. Use the Rosendo st rigging area! NOT THE CAR PARK AREA. It is imparitive that we keep kiting legal and available in Cott as every other shire will have to follow the consevitive decision of Cott.
Be mindful of this pivotal time where a few can blow it for the many.
