Progression Beginner is good...pity about the sound track...if I can't sleep I put it on. However not sure how different flying a sleeping bag..or sorry...foil is to a inflatable...just lots of practise, then re-watch the dvd again and again....the music is sooooo bad, you get good quickly so you don't have to put up with the music

I'm a bit of a monkey see monkey do kind of monkey, so i've watched alot of instructionals. as soon as i watched the KITEBOARDING 101 & 201 i went out and started landing alot of the moves. Split screen, Hosted by Mr Best and broken down really well.... For all the monkeys out there.
