Have a seat combo style harness can't use a waist, just need to know if anyone has made the change from seat to Nitrious style and found it less restrictive mainly for board offs. Always wear a wettie, are they comfortable over a long session, still offer enough back support ?
I had the nitrous but I found the hook a bit low compared to a waist harness. The liquid force was great, but they only lasted a season before you started to get a pain in both hips and they were useless. In the end, the Ion B2 board shorts seem to be the best way to go.
Dakine nitrous and jaystore ropeslider is a magic combo... Toeside feels natural and boosting longevity on the rope is not a problem. Takes 1 or 2 sessions to get used to the slider but you wont go back to a fixed hook afterwards.
