Hi Folks
Seeking a bit of feedback from anybody who is currently wearing these.
www.dakine.com/?clr=003 Busted the cartilage off a few ribs about 4 years ago from a waist harness when unhooking. The top of the harness digs into the bottom of the rib cage and stops any movement when hunched up jumping unhooked and ribs compress together. Couldn't laugh, cough, couldn't even throw the leg.....without the cartilage popping out again. Diagnosed with costochondritis, 3 months off the water and had to go to a seat harness to try to reduce the pressure off the ribs. Busted the ribs in the same spot unhooking again last week with a seat harness..... Doc and physio say to give it away altogether as it can become chronic. I can't begin to comprehend giving it away altogether.
So, the spreader bar on the nitrous looks even lower than a seat harness, for those who have had the experience, is there any pressure against the lower ribs when wearing this harness? Even when hunched over?
Plan is to now give away the wakestyle riding altogether

but really don't have a choice. Im hoping to get away with using the Nitrous harness and just ride the surfboard to get my fix.
Cheers
