Talked to Dan on the phone today in Greece. He is hanging out with the guys that made the dvd "Space Monkeys". He has been helping them to build a huge slider, 5m high and 23m long. It's designed in two sections so there is a break in the middle and you jump across to the next section. He said it is awesome but has decided on self preservation and has only tackled the first section. He is enjoying the beautiful mediteranian climate and crystal blue water. Dan is living off a staple diet of Greek salad and greek pastries, poor guy. Oh and he hasn't taken smoking, that was a pose for the cameras. He leaves for Spain on 27th July and will be back in WA at the end of August.
Anyway, all he could say is that WA is still the best place to kite and he can't wait to get back to Woodies and kite with all his friends. So don't go breaking your neck to get OS and kite cause sounds like we have it all on out doorstep.
