I'm looking for an old bar, any size (pref 50ish), almost any condition (non flying OK) as long as it's in one piece, and no lines are necessary, so I can make a harness hanging system. Geeza wants to set it up in my garage to try out a few hanging maneuvers. (I have a sturdy pre-drilled I beam running across my garage that can easily hang a car engine) A chicken loop of some sort would be an advantage, but for the purpose I can make something up. Only genuine thing required is the bar. Can anyone help me out for a few dollars (or even free?)

Go down to Hydrodynamix in Sth Freo, they have heaps of alloy kite bars all different lengths with grip.
Should be perfect for what you want.
