Looks like the type of gear I learnt on IN 2003-2004 but it cost $2000 at the time and the sport was hardcore. 90% cant kitesurf,5% try and get hurt and 5% make it.

Now 90% CAN kitesurf, 10% make it.

A $200 kit is as much as a standard lesson, $1500-$2000 is what will get you into this sport.
