Another excellent clip from TDZ. Gives me some thing to dream about for the next few days. Not sure if Iceland is my scene but... Loved the move at 2.50. Sic.

That doesn't look too hard!
The older you get the colder it gets, great clip though ,
Well after spending 5 weeks cycling around Iceland acouple of years ago, it was good to check this vid out.I cycled past some of the best set ups ive seen (flat water lots of wind as well as waves)and wondered if anybody got out there. The island does have some awesome scenery, but yes it is colder than a nuns n%$^sty. But plenty of wind .Lots of wind.I didnt see anyone kiting but did here that there was a small group of kiters on the island.Pity its so far away.Great place.
just lookin at Ian's harness set up looks like he has a carrabinna on a line thats fixed to either side of his harness. would be keen to see a close up photo of it looks better than the movabe speader bar setups I've see.
Awesome video! The aerials are getting pretty great. I've seen all the BWS guys are just using a carabiner along some dyneema. In one of the recent Kiteboarder mags, they show Patrick Rebstock upclose and you can see the unique setup.
Can you scan the photo in. I have been thinking that kite safety's need to change as kites have changed significantly in the past couple of years meaning they are much safer.
Still need a full disconnect, but maybe a much shorter safety line to make the chicken easier to get to .
There maybe some draw backs on this but am yet to think of them.
