Chopper is actually a Italian fella travelling aroung australia and staying in sydney for a few months. He kites alright but I didn't realize he was going without a safety attached. Will let him know to hook it on next time i see him as i suggest others do as well.

There are lots of kite police at Dolls galah, most of us work undercover though.
This guy is a tourist, we will give him a warning, friendly like of course.

No-one gets away with stupid stuff at Dolls for very long anymore, I think thats happening more and more at all the spots in Botany bay, because I know there are lots of other undercovers too, that hang out near the Novotel and over at Kurnell.

We don't want to lose the Bay, and remember everyone was a kook once.
And of course there are crazies, but they usually always respond if spoken to in a friendly way.
