During a sunset down winder from City Beach to Brighton on Monday and after a bit of a splash trying to find my board I noticed a dead seal/dolphin whatever on the beach about half way down.

It was up on the beach however the waves were still reaching it and I'm sure as a result a nice appetising chum trail was going out to sea.

Anyone know if you can report this to someone? or should I pack a spade my next kite?
