Yep it's time again to get out the Easter Eggs, Silly Hat and your favourite Kiteboard and head off camping.

Cross Shore has an active Easter for those fun loving kiters with a Diving Charter, Deep Sea Fishing charter, Surfing, wakeboarding or just relaxing on the program. At $20 per person per night you can check out further details on the xshore website or following the link.

The SW are starting the blow which is perfect for the Lake and the beach house is booking up but camping spots are available in the park for those who like a bit of nature.

The current forecast looks good for the area:

NW/NE 5/10 knots increasing to 10/15 knots ahead of a late S/SE change 15/20 knots in the south. Sea: to 1 metre rising 1.5/2 metres in the south after the change. Swell: S/SE 1/1.5 metres. Outlook Friday: S 20/25 knots (hit the lake in front of the house). Sea: 2/2.5 metres. Swell: S/SE 1/2 metres. Outlook Saturday: S 13/23 knots (surf down winder). Outlook Sunday: E/SE 10/20 knots (Smith Lakes flat water).

Close to 20 kiters have pledged to come this weekend plus a few families to join in.

A few beds are still available in the guest house so let us know if you want to come and join in.
