The same thing happened when mine arrived, it blew 15-20 all week after (not that I'm complaining).
Looks like you're gonna have to get up early in the morning before the wind picks up to use that thing! Not many red arrows to be seen over there in WA.
Remember your first flight of Speed17 on the downwinder, nearly no wind, you launched, got dragged across the beach and were thinking of ditching it! HOOKED!
