both the lighthouse and yardie homestead caravan parks have chalets and both are on the west (ocean) side of the cape with the ones at lighthouse having ocean views. also from the lighthouse caravan park you can walk across the road to a couple of good surf breaks if there's no wind
the ocean side kiting beaches are just down the road. check out
