Hello has anyone used the f-one punch out system, it soundsgood, but does it ever activate by itself by letting go of the bar or crashing..
Also has anyone ridden the f-one dreams. Again are they any good, what kite do they best compare to.

go to www.fonekites.com and allow the active 5 popup to load.... this explains the current bar and system better than anyone trying to tell you what its like...
As far as the safety activating by the bar smashing on the stopper under load, yes with the 2003 models and earlier, no with the new models. As you can see on the websight... there is a shock plastic fitting to stop this happening just proir to the pin system.... ALSO there is an extra reverse (optional I mean)pin setup that requires you to pull a little ball in the same location towards you vice the push system... I believe these are included with there dream and m5's and are swap in / out use. . with that pin, it is physically impossible for your bar to activate it or for it to go off accidentally...... witch is why they give you an another optional 5th line to your chickenloop setup... basically normally the 5th line is cleated just above your chickenloop and can be adjusted for incedence angle control juring riding.... or you just route the 5th line throught the last bottm swivel and attatch your 5th line, for a safety that works all the time you loose your bar, or whenever you engage the chicken loop Q/R..... to get flying again, just pull the 5th line in and hook in..
as you guess, heaps of features, a solution that looks like it will allways work...
F-one dreams are a midish aspect kite, and are designed with the typical constant pull / stability that you'd like when performing unhooked wake style moves... they do have the incidence control as i spoke of, which in threory will alow you to let the kite " behave" more like a high aspect ie larger wind range, and also will speed the kites turning up. don't have a comparasin for you. The other f-one the M5 is alittle different in that it's their first kite designed completely around having a 5th line, and i mean it has to have a 5th line on to fly... there are only 4 lines connecting to the bar with this setup though.... more versitile to use as a resault, with all the same bar/lines features as the dream... but you need to be intermediate or better probably id say to actually get any great benifit from the features. chickenloop lines are relatuively long, as these kites have a more progressive pull than " on " off style kites
